Through our client CDM Advisor role, we can help you avoid the costly downtime of prohibition notices or redesigns by ensuring you meet your legal responsibilities where projects are progressing in a partnership or Design & Build framework with contractors assuming the principal designer role.

key services:

Ensure all duty holders are appointed as appropriate

Coordinate the pre contract period to ensure sufficient time and resources are allocated

Ensure the client responsibilities are addressed to provide that the relevant information is prepared and distributed to other duty holders

Ensure the clients obligations are addressed to appoint Principal Designer (PD) and Principal Contractor (PC) to perform their duties.

Periodic inspection of construction activities to ensure clients obligations are met and the Principal Contractor is performing their duties correctly.

We offer training and support to your team members, enhancing their understanding of health and safety practices and empowering them to contribute actively to a safe working environment.
