The Building Safety Act has been introduced to ‘create lasting generational change’ to the way higher risk residential buildings are designed, constructed, and maintained in the UK.

We have a team of multi-disciplined experts to take the confusion out of the Act and ensure building owners are provided with the knowledge and information required to ensure compliance.
As of 1st October 2023, building owners must register higher risk buildings and provide key building information as well as be in possession of a Safety Case and a Safety Case Report for all qualifying buildings. This is in order to legally have residents within their buildings.
